Introduction

Hi, I’m Saskia, an online coach who helps women build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with training and food. My coaching goes far beyond workouts and meal plans. I’m here to help you create a lifestyle that feels empowering, sustainable, and supportive for the long term, not something you burn out on after a few weeks.

Qualifications

My coaching is grounded in both education and experience. I hold:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Health & Physical Education
  • Level 3 & Level 4 Fitness qualifications
  • A Diploma of Nutrition
Experience

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 7 years, coaching women through all stages of their journey, from complete beginners to experienced lifters looking to take their training to the next level. I’ve worked with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by years of dieting, inconsistency, or self-doubt, and helped them build not just physical results, but confidence, structure, and trust in themselves again.

What truly sets my coaching apart is that I’ve lived many of the struggles my clients come to me with. I’ve been overweight, underweight, tried countless diets, sports, and training styles, and experienced the mental and emotional toll that can come with it. That lived experience allows me to coach with empathy and understanding, not judgement.

Training Background

Movement has always been part of my life. I grew up dancing and swimming, then went on to compete in rowing and boxing, which taught me discipline, resilience, and how to train with purpose. In recent years, I’ve also explored cycling and CrossFit, alongside consistent resistance training. Having trained across so many disciplines, I’m well-versed in how different bodies respond to different styles of movement. This allows me to coach with a well-rounded, adaptable approach, designing programs that are effective, engaging, and sustainable, no matter your background or experience level.

Philosophy as a coach

I don’t believe in quick fixes, cookie-cutter programs, or “lose weight fast” schemes. My philosophy is built around long-term strategy, consistency, and sustainability.

I take a whole-person approach, considering sleep, stress, hormones, mindset, lifestyle, and training history, to create a plan that works for you, not against you. Progress should feel challenging but achievable, structured but flexible, and supportive rather than restrictive.

Most importantly, I believe coaching should feel safe, empowering, and human. Whether we focus on aesthetics, performance, or simply feeling stronger and more confident, my goal is to help you build habits and skills that last for life, and to show you that you’re capable of far more than you think.
